RETURNS + SHIPPING FAQ

Hey lovely - I want you to be absolutely thrilled with what you receive. If something’s arrived damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, please don’t stress - just email me at nordacious@gmail.com with a pic of the issue and I’ll sort it out for you.

RETURNS POLICY

Most of my items (except for a few original artworks and framed prints) are made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner. That means each piece is custom printed just for you - there’s no warehouse full of extras waiting to be swapped.

Because of that:

• I can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or colour, changed your mind.

• I also can’t refund orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses - please double-check your details at checkout.

• Avoid using PO Boxes or parcel lockers - some carriers can’t deliver to them, and I’d hate for your package to disappear into the void.

Sizing info is included on every product page. Please check the charts carefully before ordering to make sure the fit works for you.

IF SOMETHING’S WRONG

If your item shows up with a manufacturing fault, print issue, or anything that’s clearly not right, just email me with a photo and I’ll happily send out a replacement or refund.

No need to return the item - you’re welcome to keep it, regift it, or repurpose it however you like. Just don’t “return to sender” — it goes straight to the printer and gets discarded (vendor policy).

If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the date of order, let me know so I can look into it and issue a replacement if needed. Please contact me within 60 business days to be eligible for a free reprint.

To help your pieces last:

• Wash inside-out

• Cold water only

• Gentle spin

• Avoid the dryer (air drying is best for longevity)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why does shipping cost what it does?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by my print vendor. Different item types (e.g. a mug and a tee) can sometimes ship from different locations, which means they attract separate shipping fees.

Example (shipping):

• Mug: $8

• Tee: $4
  = $12

TIP: When you order multiples of the same item, you get discounted shipping on the extras. E.g. two mugs might ship for $8 + $6 = $14 total.

📦 Only one item has arrived — where’s the rest?
Your order might come in multiple packages if the items are made at different facilities. They often arrive within a few days of each other. If anything seems missing, feel free to reach out and I’ll track it down.

🌏 What currency are prices listed in?
You can use the currency toggle at the top of the site to browse in your local currency, but all payments are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

💸 Is GST or tax included?
GST (and any relevant local taxes) are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. So the price may adjust slightly at the final step.
