RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction with the product received is of upmost importance to me - if you receive an item that is faulty in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All items (with exception to originals + some framed prints) are manufactured by a print-on-demand vendor. As such, each ordered product is unique and created per order. There are no "spare" products sitting on-hand in a warehouse.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if a wrong size or colour has been ordered, or if a customer simply doesn’t like the product. There are sizing / measurement details on each apparel listing. Please reference these carefully to avoid receiving an item that doesn’t fit properly.

Please take care to provide the correct shipping details, as the vendor does not accept responsibility and cannot offer replacements or refunds. 

If there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, or printing issues and such, the customer is eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please email me at nordacious@gmail.com and attach images referencing your concern.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back - you may discard or keep it as you wish.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why does my order cost this much to ship?
I do not set the shipping prices - they are calculated at checkout by the third party print vendor. Orders with multiple items made from different manufacturers will attract their own independent delivery fee, which accumulates at checkout.

For example, if you're having an order shipped to the United States, and you've placed a mug and a tee in your cart, shipping will be $8USD for the mug, plus $4USD for the tee, with a total of $12USD.

*TIP* - When more than 1 item is ordered (of the same kind), the shipping price on every additional item is cheaper than the first. For example, when you buy two mugs, the first one costs $8USD to ship, with the additional one/s costing $6USD each to ship. This discount is applied to most products, but not all.

Only one item has been delivered - where is the rest of my order?
Because different items are made by separate manufacturers, they're also shipped separately too, and often arrive within a few days of each other.

What currency are your items listed in?
You may use the toggle on the top menu to select the currency relevant to your region.

Why does the price of items seem to change at checkout?
For now, all items at checkout are displayed in Australian dollars. Don't worry - you'll still be charged the same amount in the initial currency you've selected from the toggle in the top menu. This is simply a display issue I'm resolving with the developer of my website theme. Currently working towards having display currencies be consistent from shopping through to checkout.
