RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction with the product received is of utmost importance to me - if you receive an item that is faulty in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All items (with exception to originals + some framed prints) are manufactured by a print-on-demand vendor. As such, each ordered product is unique and created per order. There are no "spare" products sitting on-hand in a warehouse. As each item is made-to-order, please make your selections carefully.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if a wrong size or colour has been ordered, if a customer simply doesn’t like the product, changes their mind, or does not provide a correct shipping address. 

There are sizing / measurement details on each apparel listing. Please reference these carefully to avoid receiving an item that doesn’t fit properly.

Please take care to provide the correct shipping details, as the vendor does not accept responsibility and cannot offer replacements or refunds. My vendor sometimes uses carriers that are unable to deliver successfully to locker and PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential or workplace address where you can receive your package safely.


If there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, or printing issues and such, the customer is eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please email me at nordacious@gmail.com and attach images referencing your concern. Do not return to sender as the goods will be sent back to the manufacturer and discarded by them (this is vendor policy).

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back - you may discard, regift, or keep it as you wish.

If an item doesn't arrive to you within 30 business days from the date of order, please let me know as soon as you can, so I can investigate and process a free replacement, if required. Please ensure you make contact with me 60 business days from the date of ordering, to ensure replacement eligibility.

Please wash all garments inside-out, using only cold water and on a gentle spin.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why does my order cost this much to ship?
I do not set the shipping prices - they are calculated at checkout by the third party print vendor. Orders with multiple items made from different manufacturers will attract their own independent delivery fee, which accumulates at checkout.

For example, if you're having an order shipped to the United States, and you've placed a mug and a tee in your cart, shipping will be $8USD for the mug, plus $4USD for the tee, with a total of $12USD.

*TIP* - When more than 1 item is ordered (of the same kind), the shipping price on every additional item is cheaper than the first. For example, when you buy two mugs, the first one costs $8USD to ship, with the additional one/s costing $6USD each to ship. This discount is applied to most products, but not all.

Only one item has been delivered - where is the rest of my order?
Because different items are commonly made by separate manufacturers, they're also shipped separately too, and often arrive within a few days of each other. Please reach out to me if you haven't received tracking for all ordered items and I'll be happy to assist.
