Australian customers - please note Australia Post are taking a little longer to process and deliver orders at the moment. At this time, all I ask is your understanding whilst waiting on your delivery to arrive.
Whilst I am Australian-based, most products are manufactured in the USA. Shipping prices are set by these manufacturers, and I cannot alter them. If your shipping total seems unreasonable, please reach out to me and I’ll advise the best way to potentially minimise it for you. If, at any point you need assistance tracking your order, please let me know - I'm happy to help.
My vendor recommends allowing up to 30 business days for items to be delivered. Customers in the USA (and close-by) can usually expect them to arrive much sooner, international customers (for e.g. Australia), typically arrive within about 3 weeks, however some may be around that 30 business day timeframe. There have also been some delays experienced this year due to COVID-related circumstances, causing shipping routes to be compromised. Please rest assured if an item doesn't turn up within a reasonable timeframe, you’re entitled to a free replacement.
Australian customers wanting items (e.g. apparel) to be manufactured locally and thus arrive quicker than USA products, please reach out to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I may be able to make a custom listing for you so it's in your hands more urgently.
